- Add decorative elements like fresh flowers, cushions, or artwork to enhance the ambience.

- Ensure decor complements the overall style of the property.

3. Lighting:

- Replace any burnt-out light bulbs and ensure all lights are working.

- Open curtains and blinds to let in natural light.

4. Repairs and Maintenance:

- Fix any visible damages or maintenance issues, such as crooked cabinets or chipped paint.

5. Exterior Areas:

- If applicable, tidy up outdoor spaces, like gardens or patios.

- Remove vehicles and bins from the front of the property.

6. Furniture Arrangement:

- Arrange furniture to create an appealing flow and highlight key features.

- Consider the angles and perspectives that will be captured in the photos.
